So to recap, even if you do NOT have a AIO_pump plugged in, you must still go to the AIO_Pump location in BIOS under monitoring section and unlock that as well as W_Pump+ in order to have full control of the W_Pump+ RPM's curve in Fan control inside the BIOS. you can use fan xpert on asus AI suite to control case fans. To unlock the Q fan control Wpump+, it must not only be unlocked under Wpump+ (which I had done originally), but you must also go farther down the list in BIOS until you find the AIO pump section and unlock control of AIO_Pump as well, and once that is unlocked the BIOS then auto recognizes what is plugged in to the x2, 4-pin headers, and if its a AIO your using, then those controls are now available in Q fan Control, but also if you have W_Pump+ plugged into the 4pin header, it recognizes that now and its truly unlocked. I even contacted ASUS directly and they said, well your pump is meant to run at 100% most likely and its not controllable model. So I searched for DAYS trying to find out why I could not control my D5 pwn control pump in the ASUS Bios Q fan control.
